WinPlanner
WinPlanner is an optimisation tool that makes it possible to design highly available and scalable wireless networks, customised to meet a particular working environment. WinPlanner uses optimisation techniques along with accurate signal prediction models to ensure maximum performance from your WLAN.

 

Current Version combines the following tools:

 MapMan - Floor plan drawing tool
Signal Prediction - RF Signal prediction tools (MWM, Motif Model)
WinPlanner - Base Station Position Optimisation

Ubione LT
UbiOneLT a newly compiled Light version of UbiOne Location system. The UbiOne location system is a general-purpose location system developed primarily to meet research purposes. It currently supports location and tracking based on IEEE802.11 WLAN, IEEE802.15.4 sensor networks, XSensŪ and proprietary US/RF system and their combination.



This light version is a bunch of following client-based tools:

MapMan - Floor plan drawing tool
UbiScout - RSSI scanning tool
UbiOneLT - Location and tracking tool

These tools contain minimum required functions for system calibration and subsequent client’s location in EEE802.11 based wireless local area networks.
